The cause, current condition of Chinese penalty investigation
The torture during penalty investigation in China has being utterly detest, especially to victims, their experience will be remembered with gratitude to the end of their life.
Zhao Baohong of Qiqihaer City says that, after be arrested to police department in 1991, policeman Yang Yanbin kicks breaks his nasal bone, kicks falls his tooth, breaks by smashing with stone his big foot to refer to the lid, even takes the night stick to strike hits his lower part of the body. But there are lots of more unlucky people have not receive this ：lucky；, their future will be pass in the injustice and disgrace.
Making innocent people to confess guilty under torture is the worst and most unscrupulous example of infringing upon Chinese people・s human rights. The results of these behavior are destroed the victims・ health and even their life. Their beatutify future are dispearred in those days. Their whole families are wholey falled into the dark and broken with wifes and children drifting apart.
