i never really liked buffy until I was unemployed and had 2 months of free cable. Since then I have become an addict. :@@:

This show is surprisingly better then anything called buffy the vampire slayer has a right to be.

Favorite baddie, the mayor, fav episode, when The buffster and Faith switch.

Has anyone else found this show to be truely remarkable (granted the final season was a little lackluster).

I've been getting the dvd sets out of the library and am really enjoying the storyline.

I've always been a Buffy fan. That show was always fresh, funny, spooky and creepy. I was sad to see it end but still kind of glad it did before it became really bad. I wouldn't mind seeing a Buffy movie or a mini-series in the next few years. Something tells me that after Sarah Michelle Gellar has a few years of being second fiddle to Scooby Doo, she might be up for it.;)

I really like the series!! I think that it is clever, smart and entertaining. It has everything you want, it is funny, scary, romantic, dramatic, action and suspense. I think that Joss Whedon really out did himself with the series unlike the movie from the early '90's.

Yeah I'm about half way through season 5, we've been getting the series out of the library on dvd. Much prefered from watching it on tv, NO COMMERICALS! :) Good good stuff.

I started watching Buffy during Season 4. I had never intended to watch it because I had seen the movie and didn't think it would make a great show. A friend recommended it to me however, and I became I huge fan. I think I've seen every episode now and I own the first 4 seasons on DVD. I also own the movie.
My favorite character on the show is Spike. I think he was definitely the most interesting character. I was very glad to see him move to Angel after Buffy quit.
It is a shame that they are cancelling Angel too. After Buffy quit I started watching Angel finally and now I'll have to catch up on all the previous seasons.
If you like Buffy and Angel then you might want to check out a show called Firefly. It wasn't even on TV for a whole season but I think it is a great show. I own the entire series on DVD and think it ranks right up there with Buffy. It was created by Joss Whedon, the same guy who created Buffy and Angel. It is a sci-fi show that has the preacher from the last few episodes of Buffy as the captain of a ship.
The show was cancelled but they are now making a movie with the same actors. The movie will be called Serenity. Thats the name of the ship. It is rumored that David Boreanaz will have a role in it as well.

I'm not very fond of Mr Boreanaz, I was glad when he finally left after season 3.
