Billy is away at college. After 2 and half years he goes broke, because he spent the money on liquor, weed and women. So he decides to write to his dad and try to get some money.

He writes to his dad saying there is a new program where dogs can learn how to speak. He says it's only 1000 dollars. The dad reads this and is all excited, so he sends 1000 dollars with the dog.

After 6 more months Billy went broke again. He again writes his dad saying there is a second part to the dog learning. This time he wrote that the dog can learn how to read and write. THe dad again is overwhelmed about this program and sends another 1000 dollars.

Well spring break is coming up and Billy has nothing to show for it. The dog can't speak, read or write. Billy doesn't know what to do, but he has to go home. So he arrives home and his dad is waiting outside the door. The dad eargly asks "Where's Rover, i want to see him and talk to him." Billy then says "I got bad news dad, he was going to tell mom that you have been having sex with the neigbor next door." The dad says "Oh ----, what did you do." Billy says "well, i shot'em." And the dad says "that's my boy."
