It's been quite a while since the capture of Saddam and the only information about him has been the medical evaluation. I'm wondering when he's going to trial, surely we have enough lawyers and evidence to either sentence him to life or death.

The thought crossed my mind that they may start the trial right before the elections. It's sleasy, but I'm not putting it past our current administration.
