Notice the bottom, the page now has a place to put a quick response, for more complicated post that use images, special options, etc you can still click "post reply".

I see no Quick Reply, but it is a cool feature-moderation on vBulletin.

It's not there right now.. I took it down, the version I was using had problems, I might put a newer version back - I can't decide.

Sounds good. There are still many things to add to the site to improve it, via the vBulletin.org (http://www.vbulletin.org/) hacks site.
