What do you think Bush's reason was for laying flowers on MLK 's grave today? I believe it was just to try to win the Black's vote because we all know that he cares nothing about King's family or their feelings.
There were a lot of protestors there that booed him . They were shouting go home, peace not war.
I suppose it was nice for him to show his fake respect.

This is the first time I felt sorry for Bush. But when he bent over to put the wreath on the grave I felt the urge to kick him.

How the hell do you know that? It goes without saying that if he hadn't put flowers on his grave someone would be complaining about that too.
Oh, and when did trying to someone's vote become bad? As far as I can tell, all politicians try to do that, but maybe I haven't been paying attention.

Ah come on, Lionel and mad dog, everybody know that Bush is a hillbilly, cowboy, racist. Hell, he doesn't even care about the poor white. I think it would have looked better if he hadn't laid the wreath. Sometimes politics can go too darn far.
I hope George W(ar) Bush get beaten by a landslide. Of course, there's always the Supreme Court to step in.

3 years later and you're still clinging to this? You are familiar with the concept of the electoral college right? Or only when it benefits the democrats?

Lionel, three years don't change the fact, and yes I'm familiar with the electoral college, but nothing that's done by mankind is fool-proof. I'm not leaning toward the Democrats, but just leaning toward the truth.

Hillbilly, cowboy, I'll go along with. Racist, no, I have no proof of that.

Maybe he's a racist that enjoys hanging out with black people (Rice and Powell).

I will never understand why people constantly criticize their president!!! Because whether or not you voted for him, he is still your president.
If he had support for everything he did I agree that wouldn't work either. But, the president has to acknowlege and honor those people that died to make this a better country!!! To be booed simply because there is a world at war is awful!!! If I were President Bush I don't know if i would want to run for office again.
He has brought this country out of recession that started during Clinton's admin if anyone remembers. And fought back against a person that helped terroists organize so that they can indeed attack America. And most of the country can say nothing but bad things about him!!!! I think that sucks

Standalone, any president that has ever been in office has been criticized, and I'm sure it's not gonna stop now. I think it all comes down to what people believe and if they don't believe in the issues, they will criticize. I think it's alright to criticize sometimes because any president needs to know that they are not fooling 'all' the people. Criticism doesn't start nor stop with the president.
This may sound crazy, but criticism is healthy. It's much better to say what you feel than to hold it inside. Maybe that will help you understand why people criticize Bush, and all the presidents before him.

LMFAO!!!
Also, I agree with Mr. Melts-in-your-mouth over there. Criticism is exactly what a democracy is supposed to have.
