Paparazzi -- photographers, est. freelance ones, who take candid shots, often in an intrusive manner, of celebrities for newspapers or magazines.

If you have watched the show, which has seen a lot of air time in the past couple months, you know what it's about. Now, after watching quite a few of these shows, I find myself not really interested in watching the celebrities anymore. All celebrities are human and they do stupid things, get angry, and yada yada yada just like everyone else. Plus, you are taking pictures in that kind of manner, anyone will go crazy. I find myself increasing wanting to see the photographer, the paparazzi, get their ass kicked. I find it hard to respect those people--you can say they are doing their jobs for "us". But I don't read tabloids. I am not interested in ugly pictures of celebrities, because as they are human you already know there are times they will look ugly. They don't have to be annoying to take good looking pictures. They are being annoying so they can take ugly pictures. Anyway, what's your opinion on this?

I personally put them at the same level as telemarketers. ie, if they go to court and sue somebody for breaking their camera when they are intrusively shooting, the judge would say: "it's people like you who make our world less happy, get out of here!" (What happened to a telemarketer who sued customer for being rude)

i hate that show not only because of the annoying paparazzi, but because it demonstrates societys fixation with celebrities. I cannot believe when i see commercials for that show saying, "tonight we have a picture of jennifer aniston blowing her nose!" and, "You'll never believe who gets out of a limo with J-lo!, and later in the show we have footage of Justin Timberlake filling a ferrari up with priceless furs and then driving it into a $10,000 a night hotel swimming pool just because he can!" Okay made that one up but i wouldnt be surprised....And i get pissed that people eeat this shit up. Just another way people waste their time trying to be like someone famous, or be close to someone famous. Get a life America, go to the gym, go to a bar or party with your friends, chill with your family, i gaurantee you will cherish things like that later in your life more than anything. Stop watching crap that just shows how famous people are "better" than you. Wow i really hope that someday i can spend $1000 on a freakin bottle of liquor. Ok im jumping all over that place here and ranting so ill stop.

P.S. its not that i dont want to be famous, i do. But for being the most untouchable drug lord in America , or something cool like that. Not something, i dont know......fake. I mean come on Paris Hilton is literally famous for doing nothing, think about it.:confused:
