What an exciting week in football! (.....yay) Sadly, 'tis not to be anymore for MajiPirate's Titans and LionelHutz's Packers....a disappointing Divisional Playoff weekend, but let's review it anyway.

MajiPirate's Titans played a hard fought game against the Patriots in a frigid Foxboro, Mass. stadium and took it down to the final seconds of the game. However, the game was over when Pats kicker Adam Vinatieri kicked a last minute field goal, and Titans reciever Drew Bennett failed to catch a desperate 4th and 12 pass in the final seconds of the game, losing to the Pats 17-14.

Comments: 'twas a good run while it lasted. Also, Hats off to Titans kicker Gary Andersen (also a former Vikings kicker) who is retiring at the age of 44...your services are appreciated!

LionelHutz's packers held the lead through most of their game with the Philly Eagles. However, overtime proved to be too much for the Pack as they lost the Divisional playoff game to an overtime field goal, 20-17.

Comments: What was Favre thinking?? Lobbing an overtime pass into the air straight to two eagles defenders with almost no packer reciever in sight? Oh well, next year will maybe bring on a better season.

I have noticed that about Farve. He is either throwing 4 TD's in a game, or 4 INT's, he seems to have no in between.
