i made a mistake years ago. i always wanted to be an airborne ranger. but i fucked up and joined a national guard artillery unit first. 6 years later i switched to regular army, and i ended up doing the same thing . i hated it.
learned a few things.
i can be what i wanted, but i have to do it my way. no badges, no colors on a flag. unoffical. i know what the difference is between a soldier and a warrior.

However NO Pot in the armed services.That goes for weekenders
or National Guard as well.I was a straight-arrow throughout high school.
Very athletic and wholesome.Dint drink me first beer till halfway
thru my senior year.From there it was all down hill.Same with Pot,
after I got the habit in college.Spent the nest 25 years cravin the
damn stuff.I woodn't do Pot now,on a bet.
In fact,I'm scared of the stuff.

i don't crave pot. i smoke it when it is there and don't worry about it when it is not.
there a some people in the world who should not smoke pot. they are too paranoid naturally to mess with it. they end up messin wit dere own minds.
