the implimentation of a Tutorial system.Like at Oxford.
Or the # one Liberal college in this country > Willams College.
The use of a Tutorial where each week a student/poster presents
a 5-7 page paper,while the others critique it.
Using that Oxford system has produced for Willams College,
37 Rhodes Scholars,the most of any in the country.
Not that we have any widdle budding Rhodes Scholars,lurking.
But one can always Hope.
