I have to admit that as the election goes on, I like her more and more and Obama less and less. But I still don't particularly like either of them.

Maybe all the years and years of negativity perpetuated by the right wing media (fox, hannity, rush, etc.) slowly slowly worked on your mind.. Its possible you know.
Just your words that her voice makes you ill is proof enough that you just well "golly hate her".

You can say that about anybody. Didn't Bush use religion, gay marriage, flag burning, etc. to stay in power? All politicians do that. Bush and company have done that the most.

I'm not here to fight about it. But most people hate hillary but don't know why they hate her. I believe it is the years of negative campaigning by Fox, etc. Most of things that people like to point out about Hillary, Bush has done worse.
Yesterday, I was having dinner with my sister-in-law and she is a staunch repub. She said "I can't stand hillary!". I asked why. I guess she never thought about "why". After humming and hawing for a few seconds she said "Because what her husband did with Monica!". So I said "How can you hate one person for another's action?". Her reply was "She stood by him!". Now, this shows that you are only looking for reasons to hate her. If Hillary had left Bill, her haters would have just turned that around and said "oh my good, look she's disgracing our our country by leaving a sitting president!". She can't win with you types!

yes, these types are ready to excuse Bush for so many worse things than what Hillary is. I guess Hillary should come out and say things like "god", etc. or spread rumor that she is a born-again (by the way she is a Christian) and then ALL would be forgiven.
I truly believes she wants the best for her country. I argue ALL the time for lower corporate taxes on these boards. And I am for that. However, if she wins and proposes a 10% increase to all for income tax to pay for universal healthcare, I would say yes. I don't mind paying, but I must know it is going for something good like education or health instead of this religious war about rebuilding a stupid temple so we can have a second coming. Its no secret that I am probably the most well-to-do person on AFN, but I don't mind having some of my wealth taxed for a good cause.

Like you said, you are entitled to your opinion but your opinion is wrong. McCain would do nothing domestically as Bush I and then Bush II. I don't think the republic will fall with her, obama, or McCain, but McCain will continue the damage that bush has started both domestically and internationally.

Scare tactics.
Also, remember the 9/11 happened when bush was in office. If a dem was in office maybe 9/11 would not have happened since the fucked up people in middle east know that the repubs are blind and staunch supporters of israel. Sure, nobody knows but as soon as Bush was elected he talked about the "axis of evil" and then 9/11 happened. He said he would not have dialogue with N.Korea. These hardliners in the rightwing will just create more problems then there are (please see: Iraq)
If McCain is elected, we will indeed have another attack, because the "terrorists" know that there is no hope for them against Israel, because the rightwing is one way for Israel and that is all. The repubs only want to protect the "holy land":lolhit:

9/11 wasnt some fifth grade science project tossed together on a sunday afternoon...due on Monday morning.
The 9/11 attacks where well over 18 months in planning. Well before GW took office or even announced running. According to your formula,it was Clinton and the democrats fault. There were in office when 9/11 was 'born'
Ofcourse I dont blame Bill Clinton,or any american politician for 9/11. No one with gift of reason should. Now american policies over the past 30 years being to blame is a whole other argunment, one that even I cant dismiss so quickly.

If Democrats can decide who to put forward, it shows how indecisive they

People keep saying that the extended primary battle is hurting the Democrats, I don't think it is. It's increasing the media coverage of both of them. I think if they were to fight quietly and give up easily, that would be even more damaging to the Democratic Party image. Besides, who's heard anything out of McCain in the last few months? I think it's a grave error to let yourself become invisible, and by the time the furor over the Democratic nomination is over, the winning candidate (Obama) will likely have entirely too much momentum for McCain to stop. McCain will be wishing he didn't have Mike Huckabee still in the race for the news cameras to at least give some face time to the Republicans.
