What do the rest of you do to keep your peace of mind and body?

At nine o'clock every morning I get an unbelievable urge to exercise.
I sit down on the couch and wait until the urge goes away.

Umm... I walk between classes at school... Does going upstairs to get a snack count?? I might take a little jog on the treadmill about once every few months.

I like taking walks. When it's nice here I will take one every morning. Even without taking a walk I'm still always moving around doing something or chasing after my aunts two heathens.

Oh here's one... I discovered "gradual tan" lotion and I feel like I've lost about 5 pounds! Apparently a semi-healthy shade makes the tummy appear less puffy than my usual "cave dweller white" color. :p

hmmmm. I'll bet that stuff is toxic. At least you'll have a healthy glow when you keel over.

Hey, it can't be any more toxic than the junk food I eat, the weed I smoke, and the booze I drink. :D

Oh, but it can. The weed is relatively harmless, the booze isn't so bad, the junk food can be purdy bad but the fake tan stuff?
EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEK!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ok, I'll be shuttin up now....

I do yard work. There's no workout like mowing, raking, pruning, digging, clearing brush, and whacking limbs.
I drink a lot of water and eat a lot of fruit. It's better than candy. I don't like vegetables but force myself to eat salad and such. I do like corn and tomatoes. Brocculi sux tho.
I sleep 8 hours a night. I am 5-7 and weigh 125. I've had 5 kids.
Hopefully I'll still be doing my yard work when I'm old.

Oh no! I use the toxic stuff too! I like the jergens natural glow. It's just enough for a subtial glow ..i'm cave dweller white too. :lolhit:
I eat organic food so maybe that will make up for the toxic lotion!
Sorry Scums!

I use the Coppertone Gradual Tan.... I never tried fake tanner before because (as I'm sure you know) I'm so pale that it would never look natural. But I'm very happy with this stuff. It's quite subtle. And it certainly doesn't smell as toxic as the real stuff!
I feel like I eat pretty well, at least compared to most people my age.

I agree on the smell thing. Neutrogena smells almost "beachy" but the face one smells like crap! I wish they would make it smell like the body one.

I ride my bike a lot, I walk my dog a lot and I lift weights about three times a week.
In the winter I put my bike on a stationary stand and use it indoors.

I wax my ass hair and floss my ass with a shoe string... then I buff it with wax and then use tanning spray on it. It's my money maker;)
