How do i stop recieving e-mails to threads that i am subscribed.

Unsubscribe from the threads. A handy index of all the threads you have subscribed to is on the home page of the User CP.

but can't be subscribed without reciveing E-mail. i have picked the no e-mail notification options under my profile yet i am still reciving notifications.

Unsubscribe from all the threads. You don't have to be subscribed to participate.
