Ok, so i know this will sound funny, but I seriously need some advice. Most girls would hate me for saying this, but i have a high metabolism, and need to gain weight! lol I know that sounds funny but I do. I still go to gym and do less cardio and more weight lifting to gain muscle weight, i tried to do the 6 meals a day thing, but that got really expensive, lol. anyone have any other suggestions? I'm 5'8 and only 104lbs, i know skinny...what's your advice? thanks!

Diet coke and pie. It must work because that's what I see all the fat people eating at the diner.

Eat lots of healthy fats, like avocados and nuts, plus LOTS of complex carbs (whole wheat breads & pastas, etc.) because you need the energy. I'd also make sure you're getting enough protein.

When I was 17 coming out of high school I was 6'2 and maybe 130 lbs. I was horribly skinny.... i couldn't do anything to gain weight....
i went up and down but never breaking 150 by drinking those weight gaining shakes.. Once I turned 20 I started drinking alot of beer in bars and stuff and i put on alot of weight......
I am not saying go out and drink alot of beer... but i have always felt I put the most on when I drank alot in general. sodas and non healthy things
I also wouldn't be still going to the gym. if you want to gain weight to be being as inactive as possible is the best way to go

omg! i need the SAME advice! ive been struggling with wieght since i was very young,a toddler.im 5 foot 1 and ALMOST 100 pounds.not there yet.i try to gain healthy wieght.i drink v8 and eat more vegatable stuff.eating junk doesnt work.i do drink a lot of pop though.cant live without sprite!
