I can assume that someone is irresponsible because they don't do their homework, and that's judging. If I assume that they are irresponsible because of their gender or race, that is prejudice. I don't think that this is evidence enough to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that this person is the killer. In short, based only on the guy driving what is possibly her car and using her ATM card, no, I would not be willing to say that the person in question is guilty. My own personal opinion is that this guy is probably guilty, but my personal opinion shouldn't really enter into it. I would need more evidence than I've seen to be willing to convict the guy.

Luckily, I'm sure the prosecution will have more evidence than this little tidbit, if they catch the guy and he goes to trial.

You admit you have no objective evidence that he is a racist yet you had no problem making the accusation. That is not very responsible behavior, DarkFantasy and you know it. A charge of racism is far too severe and extreme to be hurled at someone without proof.
