He gone.....

After a nerve-wracking day in Bloomington, after we all sat around biting our nails and wondering when and if the IU Athletic Dept was EVER going to make our dreams come true by running "Coach" Cheater Sampson out of town like a mangy dog, we finally got the long awaited news--

GONE!

This after our reputation in splinters, our team fractured, a promising recruit gone, and minus $750, 000--- $550,000 of which came from an anonymous donor.

Tho we're not happy about having to pay the guy one red cent--he should pay US--it's a small price to pay to avoid a contentious lawsuit, like what happened at Ohio State after their own coach was fired for NCAA rules violations.

We still face upcoming penalties but hopefully they won't be as severe now that we dropped the ax on Sampson's stupid head.

He is now looking for a job. Ha--who would hire him?
Sad to think there's teams who might.

Maybe you can get Belicheat from the Patriots to replace him.

Get out, don't come back

People in and around Buffalo, NY have been saying the same thing to both the Bills & the Sabres for years.

Well, IU did! :p

Why have I been WAITING for Lionel to make that comment????????:D

A full three quarters of the IU fan base didn't support Sampson coming here to begin with..... the dude was a well-known cheater and carried way too much baggage. We never liked his run n gun style of play at Oklahoma either. Zero defense and rebounding---- Unfortunately, Greenspan, IU Athletic Director slash idiot, didn't agree. The rest is a sad and sorry history.

We are now waiting for Greenspan to also "resign".

PS. Knight is out of a job. We have an interim coach...could be, could be.......let's face it, we and him are made for each other........
