All versions say nearly the same thing. I'm not sure what version it came from, but NIV and NKJV seem to all say basically the same thing. I don't know what distro...oops, the Bible is not Linux :D...VERSION you use, but they all say the same thing. Look them up. (That should be 1 Timothy, though, not just Timothy). Also, I never said you were married.

Why can't I use the Bible like that? It's right there, in the book, I can use it like that for sure.

Fair enough, alot of my(druid) history comes from you(Christian) When the Romans came to Ireland the monks wrote about the Druids and who they were. Then there was Ceaser he also wrote about the Druids. Plus we have the ruins, stones, mounds, etc..."maybe even Stone Henge, and Wood Henge. To learn about Druids a person has to go threw history, and not just one place, but many different places. The Druids didn't believe in writting(atleast not much) They figured if something were written down it would loose its original meaning(remind you of anything(bible) They were afraid that others would give different interpretations and/or read it different then the original meaning. Simply put Druids believed in nature, you have the earth, wind, fire, water, and spirit. Every Druid has a different path even though we are basically the same we are still different. We do believe in science and don't limit ourselfs to one set of rules except that everything is important. Druidry finds the person, a person can't just go to "a church" and be saved, it has to come from within. I know this sounds complicated, but when a person relizes what's going on it's actually very simple. There is alot of history out there it just takes time to find it. We are somewhat different from Christians because we don't have a set book of rules. We do have a few stories that have made it through the times, and are interesting, thanks to other races, religions, etc... the Tautha De Danaan, Firblog, etc... There are also a few books out there that tell about our past, ancient celtic books, the book of Druidry, etc... I can learn who the people were and even some of there practices but there is no ONE set book of rules, nothing like a bible only feelings that come from inside. One other note Druids did/do not do sacrifices and witch craft. I am not the best at explaining, hope this helped somewhat

Please don't think I disrespect the Bible, I just question its total truth, atleast the way it has been interpreted for today. I do believe humans can and will add there own versions to things as years go by. Plus we have to remember how many hands this book as gone through. I do question the stories, some I can see would have truths, while others are interesting but almost unbelievable. I believe a Christian can get a message(faith) from the Bible, but I don't think the Bible should be used word for word. The Bible is part of history and should remain that way, but is/was it really GODS words?????

First off, you're whole idea of a chat discussion thing is way off. I don't have to deal with people on here. I can say what I want and never have to see them (whole idea). Secondly, I really don't care about my grammar or spelling when I'm posting on the internet. Even though it hasn't been bad at all. I'm in college, do you really think I care how accurate my "grammar and spelling" is. I have to deal with that all the time w/ my classes, out of class and homework I'd rather not think about it. I'm not a strong Christian, I may know a lot about Christianity but I don't go out of my way to act like it. Grow up and get a life. I strongly suggest you think about saying anything else to me. I've proven you wrong every time...LET. IT. GO.
