pain....injury....literally mutilation of the human body...ALL THE MORE REASON FOR ME TO PLAY SPORTS!!!!! (although I usually just settle for a golf tournament:)).

Being of small stature, I've never been invited to play team sports. During high school, when all the big guys were out beating one another's heads in - in frantic attempts to secure the ball for whatever game they were involved in, yours truly was mastering all sorts of stringed musical instruments & serenading all their girlfriends. More of these young ladies enjoyed the company of musicians than they did jocks. Just another fine reason not to play sports.
