Hey guys
Just curious.... where will all of you be watching the Superbowl?
My wife and I are tossing a coin right now between either getting a good table at a local sports bar, getting together with family and making a big dinner gathering out of it, or just hunkering-down at home.
How about you?

At home, surrounded by vast quantities of unhealthy finger foods and snacks.

In the clubhouse surrounded by other old men, pizza, beer, soda and pasta.

I will be sleeping. I really don't feel like getting up at like 6 in the morning to watch football.

Tomorrow I'm getting my wisdom teeth out so I assume I will be in bed all drugged out on painkillers on Sunday.

In my recently completed basement watching my recently purchased HD TV. Having said that, I'm too bitter about the Packers not making it in, so maybe I'll fast forward through the game and just watch the commercials.

Superbowl? There's a football game on this weekend?
Oh yeah, the yankee bowl. I may watch bits & pieces to catch the commercials. Other than that... who cares????

We will watch at our house, like we do every year.
Bubba's kinfolk will be by for pizza and to watch the commericals--most of them have little interest in football. If the Browns are ever in this thing, I might have to go elsewhere so I can constipate on my Brownies.
Our older kids will prob go to a Sports Bar where they can eat, drink, and be merry.

Which reminds me of my favorite euphemism for going #2: "Taking the Browns to the Superbowl."

Well I just found out there is going to be a big Superbowl party going on, and I got invited. Who am I to turn down a party... and drinking... at 8 in the morning? Haha.

I'll probably stay in, do homework, and watch it. If it's a blow out, i'll do homework, if it gets interesting.. i'll probably drop the book and check it out.

It's about time for the Bills to make another appearance. Maybe next year.

Bills vs. Vikings! Winner gets their first Super Bowl victory; loser is the first team in the super bowl era to go 0-5. Imagine how much would be on the line for these teams.
And you never know either. Both teams seem to be up and coming.

I think most people are wondering if they'll ever actually get there.

they have a better chance than the Lions..they suck, and we all admit it!

I've always felt sorry for Lions fans. When the your best coach in the last 25 years is Wayne Fontes . . .

LOL, well those who coached under Millen should get a pass.

It's halftime ... New England 7, Giants 3. A rather dull game thus far, even the commercials are ho-hum. Maybe things will improve during the 2d half.

Yup, I turned on the tv for the half time show. I love Tom Petty. The TV is still on now, but I'm more interested in the TIME magazine I'm reading than the game...

I'd say the Colts still have 3-5 more years of being a top tier team.
their defense is getting better every year.
This year they had TONS of injuries
Peyton Manning is 31
Marvin Harrison is getting old.
I can see Marvin becoming more of a Welker kinda guy.. reading zone defenses and finding holes. I predict at least one more super bowl for the Colts in the next 3-4 years.

Could be, Decka, could be. As a matter of fact, unless the Chargers really come on strong, I predict a Browns-Colts matchup in the AFC Championship game in a year or 2. Now there's an old-timey matchup..... The Browns are a team on the rise.
Look out Decka, the Brownies are comin' for ya!

I'll tell you what rendova... All HELL would break loose if that happened. I'd have my face painted blue and white, at a cleveland bar, with a Manning jersey on, surrounded by brown and orange. I'd probably get in a fight after too many drinks, and if we won I'd probably get thrown out of the bar for gloating.. and if we lost I'd get thrown out of the bar for my attire. Either way It'd be a hell of an experience LOL.
I look forward to it... let's hope it happens.

I definitely agree! Not only was it the best halftime show in the post-nipplegate era, but one of the best all around. Tom Petty always livens up a crowd.

Especially the one they coached to run onto the field and jump around on cue.
