No. I don't think the neighbors (who probably kidnapped Jesus) are making it up. I see it all the time. People walk their dogs, let them crap on people's lawns and walk away. We have people who let their dogs crap on the beach down here. I confront them and tell them to pick up their dog's crap. I've gotten a few nasty looks but they always pick it up.
