Because I plead Ignorance.I even typed Heath Ledger's name in
as Keith.I really had No clue as to who this Guy was.
Checked out his Bio at IMDb.com and noticed a few movies I did
watch. - Ned Kelly - {2003} and of course - Monster's Ball - {2001}.
But I never had any interest in - Brokeback Mountain - {2005}.
I wanted to rent - The Patriot - {2000} more being that Mel Gibson has
done some really important work.
However I didn't like at all Gibson's - The Passion of the Christ - {2004}
In which he did everything but act.Wrote,Produced,Directed and even
funded $25 million of his own money.
Haven't heard a word about The Passion in more than 2 years.
WHY ?
Because HYPE rules the day.
Virtually everything today has some element of Hype.
Whether a new product being introduced.
The lastest Fad,or even new development on Anna Nicole.
Anna Nicole was THE most classic example of this HYPE.
WhateverMovie she was IN,wasn't really a Movie.
Yet her name was enshrined in both Tabloids as well constant Media
fascination.
That is why I plead Ignurance to this Heath fellow.
I don't wanna play too much into Our Society's HYPE.
It actually destroys and eliminates brain cells,that are required
for more important memory storage.
Could someone please tell me WHY.
WHY on Earth,SHOULD I know this Ledger fellow.
He ain't much an actor.
Hasn't done much work,REALLY.
I've spent 25 + years reading Movie actor Bio's and studying
Movie credits and such.
OK...So I hadn't a clue yesterday who the heck this Heath Ledger fellow
was...Is...Is was... Done is... Is done and will done and was done.
I wonder if Martians are watching us and thinkin....

All this Ledger crap is a mere contrivance to allow for the
typical Media Feeding frenzy.It's what they DO.The Gossip
Mill needs a new Tragedy to embrace and make moola over.
The more simpleton Americans buy into this contrivance,the better.
They'll { Media types } milk it for all it's worth.Till it's exhausted
itself and run it's Hollywood cycle.
Quite sickening...actually.
How enamored Americans are with both The Rise and The Fall.
I guess it's the downside to Freedom.
With unfettered Freedoms,comes exploitation and Greed and
overhyped Glitz.Or sheer Tragedy made to seem bigger and more
grandiose than actually is.

Bob Hope played Casanova once.I doubt the 2 movies were
on a par.Now... Mr.Hope was truly Hillarious.
I think it is almost pathetically Hillarious all this HYPE over some
mediocre,bit actor.Unless the current crop of actors are so
lackluster lame as to appear .... Missing in Action.
