Hahaha... Funny how he seems intrigued by the opposite of a dominatrix. :p
P.S. - Don't worry Scummy... I only use my powers for good, I promise. :D

Nah, I'm not worried about anything. I just found it a bit irritating but you had no fault in that.

Prae's a decent guy, he just needs a good woman to keep his ass in line!
You know, like this:

Well, he's a guy, what do you expect?
Since I'm starting an internship next week, my dad decided the time was right to give me a lecture about "sleazy older guys", "especially the married ones"... So I laughed and told him that I already know most guys are sleazy, and I can certainly protect myself against that. :p

I don't know if yer saying Prae is sleazy but I would say he's not. The lecture yer dad is gonna give you sounds like good advice so listen sharply. ;)

Depends on your definition of sleazy... Hehe.
All my dad told me is "watch out for older men who want to take advantage of you"... Gee, dad, I sure couldn't have figured that out on my own.

Well dad was gonna take the racing engine out of it and put something a little more reasonable in it... Anyways, I'm happy now because dad is going to get me a used Mustang for my graduation present. My step-mom doesn't really like that idea, but they bought my brother a car (when he was 15), so why shouldn't they buy me one when I'm 20?
how used?

The new one. I figure in a couple years we can probably get an '06 or '07 at a good price.

Yes, because Detroit cars depreciate quickly. Now you're catching on!

There's a difference between a daily-driven car and a collectible.

it's a bone stock convertible that's been rode hard...i could put some effort into it and make some real money off of it.

Pony car, rode hard...get it? :lolhit:
still, it's a Mustang, not a cheese wedge:woohoo:
hell, even my POS Cherokee has the potential to maintain 80% (ish) of it's MSRP (http://www.nadaguides.com/default.aspx?LI=1-22-1-5013-0-0-0&l=1&w=22&p=1&f=5014&y=1985&m=1357&d=5926&c=10&o=7788~7786&vi=93683&z=48430&da=-1)!

Oh, I dunno. It just seems like he's so wrapped around yer finger, he'll do just about anything you mention, so you will be you happy.
I can see it if you were the only female on this board recently who didn't care for 'car talk', but that isn't the case.
I enjoy talking about cars and have been talking about them for the past two days on this board, but you mention that it's above yer head (or sumthin like that) and he puts the brakes on all conversations that inculde cars.
What Fucking Ever.
Oh, you've got to be kidding me....
Ok, Scummy - mea culpa. Silly of me to take into consideration other people's feelings when the car conversation we were having excluded other participants in this thread, and apart from that, it was decidedly off topic (admittedly, not that we had much of one in the first place, but whatever.....).

No one was being excluded so I don't know where yer going with this analogy
We had several posters who joined in the 'car talk' and that was cool but I guess if one poster  doesn't care for it, it gets shut down, at least by you anyways.
Oh, forget it. I don't wanna griddle some hash that's already been griddled.
Good grief! I think Foolie just channeled himself thru me.
Please help me.
