I am 5'5 inches and want to grow. I am currently a 10th grader and am on varsity football. i need 2 grow atleast 3 inches to take my football to the next level, in which coaches and peers and others think i can do. i would appriciate it if any1 has anything that worked for them? anything at all. any medicication, excercises and such. Please post your replys!
