I am doing a research paper and I would like it if the people on this forum participated in it. please choose a letter that corresponds with you.

*Note* this only applies to Christians. Regularly means you attended church every Sunday (unless you were sic or church was canceled.)

I went to catholic school when I was a kid. Let me tell you there is nothing Christian about getting clouted by a noun for talking in class, or getting wacked over the knuckles with a stick.

I went to Presbytarian church fairly regularly ( about twice a month), and believe in God today. I am not a regular churchgoer now, tho.

I went to church regularly as a child and still go to church regularly as an adult. I attend one church on Long Island and another down in Florida. My wife went to church regularly as a child and still goes to church regularly as an adult. My wife attends a Roman Catholic Church and I attend a Lutheran Church so on Sunday mornings we each attend seperate churches.

Born and raised with no religion in mind, though my aunt and uncle tried. Atheist today.

I went to Church every once in awhile when I was a kid. Like maybe once or twice a month. Now we never go. I use to kind of believe in God, but now I don't at all.

When I was young my family went to church and bible study almost every sunday. I even went to "bible camp".

I no longer believe.

I was kicked out of sunday school when I was 10 years old and never looked back. My belief in God is my own.

I would give anything to believe in God but all I see in this world are humans claiming to speak for God and the message is for me to give my time and money and if needed to fight in the name of God. I would fight in the name of a false God if I was fighting a worse false God or a Nazi like government.

As a child me and my family went to church quite a lot. As I grew older it seems we stopped going for whatever reason, I don't know. I do believe in God, even though I don't go to church anymore.

I know the bible fairly extensively. Was an alter server for years and attended church at least twice a week.

Now I'm agnostic.

Question with boldness even the existence of a god; because if there be one he must approve of the homage of reason more than that of blindfolded fear.

I have another friend who is agnostic and 1 who is athiest, two of the NICEST PEOPLE you could ever meet........Very caring,etc.......

I find that most athiests/agnostics are this way, very open, you can talk about anything with them and not be put down,etc.............

Somehow the fact that you don't have to be threatened with eternal torture to be a good person makes you frightening.

Seems to be (yet again) projection. Perhaps said churchgoers would be killing everyone in sight if they didn't have the lord to threaten them....

Being a Christian does NOT mean you go to church every Sunday, are you sure you're really a Christian-if that's what defines a Christian to you maybe you to read some more.
