sure the 1st AVP wasn't a fantastic film, but it had merit for what it was.

Why would you even bother in the first place? A movie like that is sure to not be good.

It was, pinkster. It's not even worth the rental. I didn't pay for it, and I didn't have anything better to do, so I didn't protest when my brother in law dragged me out.

I haven't seen any of the Aliens or Predator movies before this, but my brother in law who has agreed with me. It sucked, plain and simple.

The Alien movies are great, so is the first predator movie. The second predator movie and the first AvsP is ok, so I guess this is the end, bottom has been reached?

Aliens and Predator were both good I thought. At least at the time I saw them and that has been a long time ago. I have no plans on seeing this movie anyway but I noticed it got a good review in the San Francisco chronicle today. I was surprised. I saw it Saturday. It wasn't the worst movie I've ever seen.

I'm looking forward to The Dark Knight.
