Wow.... wow........

Wasn't the rapture "invited" in the 1800's by some random reverend that continuously prophesied the end times, yet it never came? I saw a documentary on it a few years ago. I cannot believe the world these people think they live in.

Its "The Planet of the Apes" (the answer to our destruction) The Devil is more prominent there than God.

It was good. It showed many people like this who mobilize the religious right to vote for a certain candidate. However, they did show one reverend (I forgot his name) who actually did want religiion OUT of politics and politics OUT of religion.
I guess it gave me some hope that not ALL evangelicals want to turn this country into a religious state like Saudi Arabia.

That is a very disturbing video.

I dont get the fealty to Israel at all costs. Seems like the thinking is that association with the Jews will allow them to ride their coattails to the promised land.

These people are fervently awaiting the end of the world. Could you imagine one of these assclowns having the ability to fire a nuke?

After seeing this, I have to agree with those folks on one thing - I hope their rapture comes sooner rather than later, too. Having them gone could only be better for earth and the rational thinkers that would be left.

All that guy did was ask people what was in the bible. Thats the answer they're giving him. Every question he ask, is answered from inside the bible. I don't think the people he asked questions of at random were doing anything other then answering from inside the bible.
I don't agree all that much with Hagee but you got a Jewish guy ragging on Christians and using Hagee as a platform. Thats just sad.

Jeremiah 30:11 God about Israel.
Jeremiah 30
11
I am with you and will save you,' declares the LORD. `Though I completely destroy all the nations among which I scatter you, I will not completely destroy you. I will discipline you but only with justice; I will not let you go entirely unpunished.'

Actually when you look at the bible Hagee is kind of acting like the anti Christ at the moment. Bible says the anti Christ will offer to save Israel.
huh..
Never thought of that until I seen that video.
Not that Hagee is the anti Christ.

Bible also says that the Jews will indeed come to realize who Jesus is.

This is how I see things happening, personally.
There will be wars and rumors of wars. People will be looking for someone to put an end to it. Someone some where will come up with answers, a treaty will be signed with Israel and very shortly after the treaty, something will come from space and mess up the planet. After that all hell breaks lose.

The more I look at that space thing the more I think, something will force all the satellites in orbit to come crashing down.

Revelations.

12 I watched as he opened the sixth seal. There was a great earthquake. The sun turned black like sackcloth made of goat hair, the whole moon turned blood red, 13and the stars in the sky fell to earth, as late figs drop from a fig tree when shaken by a strong wind. 14The sky receded like a scroll, rolling up, and every mountain and island was removed from its place.

Thats all from the bible and a very quick insight as to what it says.

I'm not sure, I went way off point there. One thing led to another and next thing I know I'm typing all kinds of stuff.

Basically, all I wanted to say is, some Jewish guy goes to a Christian conference and ask them pointed questions he knows is going to sound insane. When all the Christians were doing is answering his questions directly from the bible.

If a Christian were to go to a Jewish conference and do the same thing it'd be on 20/20 and everyone would be ragging on Christians for going to the conference in the first place.
But some Jewish guy does it to some Christians and he's hailed a hero.

He could of gotten worse responses had he gone to a Muslim conference and they'd answered from their canon.

It's all in the eye of the beholder.
The Torah sounds a lot more evil then the Christian bible, everyone gets down on the old testament. Same thing only completely related to the Jews.

I just wanted to get you back with the "What?" from the other thread:)
But getting back to the post. Yes these people were reciting the bible (that makes it more scary anyway), BUT they are supporting political decisions BASED on what is written there.

I don't agree with Hagee. But when people were being questioned at random he was asking specific questions that can only be answered through the bible.
He was asking about religious views. Taken out of context anyones religious views can look scary.
He didnt really get into, what people thought of Hagee.

Only question I seen that wasnt directly from the bible but was personal, was the question about Jesus returning. And that isnt so much to do with the end of the world but with how much people were saying they want to see Jesus.
Its a prime example of what the guy was doing.

When people were saying, I hope it's soon, they weren't saying, I hope the earth blows up and everyone dies a slow horrible burning death.

They were saying, I hope we see Jesus soon.

His editing left much to be desired, completely edited in his favor.
You have a Jewish guy, he even said several times that he was Jewish in a Christian conference asking pointed questions that will very well look bad from the naked eye.

Now that you say that, thats funny. Good one.

Yes, but like I said, it's like hearing another language for the first time, you're not hearing what they're really saying and the guy probably wasn't asking questions specifically to the reason they were there. Just asking what he knew would sound best.
