I dunno, I'd consider it for commuting. (But I'd have a better looking car for other times ;)) It would be nice for city driving, getting into small smaces and whatnot.

I've had a license for almost 13 years now, city driving still scares the hell out of me :)
...and in a city there is always a bus or train anyway, cheaper than a car and less to worry about, not to mention more environmentally friendly.

Yeah... Unfortunately I don't live in a city. The buses and subway don't go this far out.

I live in Chicago, and I own a car. Driving here doesn't scare me, per se, but more often than not it pisses me off. No one in this damn city knows how to drive.

Well, I didn't grow up in a city so I find the traffic confusing and just avoid it thus never really learning it. :)
Like your sig image by the way, e and pi are the numbers who connect the imaginary world with the real one!

My driving style is difficult to pin down. I regularly ignore speed limits, but I use my turn signals religiously and abide by the axiom that you should always keep your eyes moving while you're driving, never letting yourself focus on one thing. In that sense, I suppose I am a cautious driver.

Neither did I. I grew up in St. Petersburg, which you could probably call "suburban", but "urban" is a stretch.

I might take a Quantum Theory course in Fall 08 semester, if I'm reading the bulletin correctly where it says that you can use DiffEq (which I have taken) as a prereq.

"The city was co-founded by John C. Williams, formerly of Detroit, Michigan, who purchased the land in 1876, and by Peter Demens, who was instrumental in bringing the terminus of a railroad there in 1888. St. Petersburg was incorporated on February 29, 1892, when it had a population of only some 300 people.
It was named after Saint Petersburg, Russia, where Peter Demens had spent half of his youth. A local legend says that John C. Williams and Peter Demens flipped a coin to see who would have the honor of naming the city. Peter Demens won and named the city after his birthplace, while John C. Williams named the first hotel after his birthplace, Detroit. The Detroit Hotel still exists downtown, but has been turned into a condominum. The oldest running hotels are the historic Pier Hotel, built in 1921 The Pier Hotel and The Heritage Hotel, built in 1926."
