A breakfast sandwich featuring egg, onion, green pepper, pepper jack cheese and sausage. Wife makes me one everyday. And I wonder why my cholesterol is so high! lol

I ended up making French Toast and the damn dog got it off the counter before I could even get any. Stupid dog:rant:

I have no appetite before 11 am. But out of those ham and eggs sound best.

Personally I'd eat non-breakfast foods (conventionally speaking) for breakfast if I do eat breakfast.

I have an egg and muffin toaster... So I can poach a perfect egg, toast my bagel or english muffin, and warm up any precooked breakfast meat I may want on my sammich (although I usually just put cheese on it). Freakin' delish.
