There are actually crowds demanding a death sentence for the British teacher who allowed her students to name a teddy bear "Muhammed."

The cultural tolerence ninnies need to grow a pair and realize that there is a very large section of Islamic people that are completely deluded and have an untolerable sense of decency.

The cultural tolerence ninnies need to grow a pair and realize that there is a very large section of Islamic people that are completely deluded and have an untolerable sense of decency.I saw this story the other day and couldnt believe it. But as we all know, this hatred runs much deeper than their "supposed" belief that this teacher meant any disrespect to their prophet.

Nothing about Islam has changed in the past hundred years. It's just, now they have cable TV.

She was a insensitive to their religion. The death sentence is ridiculous though. Deportation is probably a good punishment; she's better off being out of there.

I dont see how they made the connection. Dont they have men named muhammed? If they are not "insulting" islam by choosing that name, then how is naming a teddy bear doing so?

Then again, im sure there are plenty of christians who would be offended if someone named a teddy bear "Jesus".

According to the article many Islamic people condemned the over-reaction.

Maybe one day the hardliners will die out and a more educated and tolerant religious follower will emerge. This statement is a hope for all religions and humanity in general.
