I have a question and I figured this would be a great way to ask and to give others a thread to post theres as well.

Anyways, when my girlfriend runs (elliptical and streets) she experiences tingling in her arms and legs. Along with that, she says that she breaks out. Is this just poor circulation, or something more serious? Thanks

I wonder sometimes why we even have this section. Either people use it to spam, or ask us questions far better posed to a doctor.

There just may be a doctor lurking about. I mean you never know, eh? Or perhaps a fitness guru...???

That's exactly what I'm looking for. Why would you go to a doc w/ just a question? Are you up for blowing $20 (at least) to ask a question, or just find out from a friend or *gasp* a blog

Not here. We do have a lawyer who posts, but he doesn't post regularly enough to expect a reasonably fast response, nor is he particularly inclined to talk shop here.

Welcome to the site Varner13 :)

Maybe one of the sites listed here (http://www.allforums.net/showthread.php?t=18814) would help you more!

God bless :)

Varner13,

How old is your girlfriend, and does she experience these symptoms during any other activities?

Has she been tested for allergies? (Some folks break out because they are allergic to a new laundry detergent or the stuff in dryer sheets. Sweating can activate the reaction to such things, in either her workout clothes or the towel she keeps handy to wipe off the sweat.)

Just thinking out loud.

Hello friends, I am only 17 years old, 5’2” tall and 150 pounds in weight. I was sick almost a year ago and gained a lot of weight. I want to get back down to 120lbs. I want to take a diet pill. I have tried dieting and exercising really hard for 3 months with losing only a few pounds. So I am thinking about diet pills. I want to loose weight but not have it go right back one after I stop taking the pill, and no bad side effects. Any help would be great.

if you go vegetarian for a few weeks it will really help.unfortunatly, that includes fatty dairy.i wouldnt be able to do it,but you can.just try.no fatty meats!!!!no meat at all really.i mean you dont have to completely stop.but dont eat meat every day.its better for your health.and if you think im some crazy peta member trying to make you go veg IM NOT!lol...but meat causes heart disease.it really does help, trust me.
