As many of you may be aware, Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother passed away today, March 30 at 3:15pm GMT. Her Majesty The Queen released the following statement:

"The Queen, with the greatest sadness, has asked for the following announcement to be made immediately.

Her beloved mother, Queen Elizabeth, died peacefully in her sleep this afternoon, at Royal Lodge, Windsor."

My personal condolences go out to the royal family and all British citizens and fellow British-minded people all over the globe.

It sucks, for the Royal Family, and since she was a part of the symbol to England and Canada, it makes an effect in Canada and even the United States of America, for them to care doing foreign news that doesn't affect them much. Heh.

She was bound to die; Must suck for many either way.

I think her funeral is on friday, well can't be all that upset i mean she was 101 and lived a good life.

I don't feel so bad knowing what the royal family puts some of their children and people by marriage through. But as the prior post said....she lived a full life.

She certainly did a lot too, hence why the media is taking an effect on her passing. But she was old too. Heck, someone who lives just half an hour from my town actually died a month ago at age 119 and the president of France came to visit her.

Some of you -------s should read her biography.. she did a heck of a lot. Even during war time she stood by her people and would not let them suffer more under the threat of the Nazis.

Just try to show some courtesy even if you disaprove of the royals. Thanks.
