Actually if you watch it the video explains it is about safety for your animal if something happens to you. We live in a very isolated society. Some people have no contacts. If something happened to them, their pets would be left to starve to death in a house all alone.

I actually have provided for all my pets should something happen to me. May sound silly to some but I think it is responsible pet ownership.

Just because you cash out, your animals shouldn't have to suffer.
