If we had Mrs. Clinton as president and Mr. Obamba as vice president, we would have a team that would lead the US of A into the REAL world.

So Dark :) We have been waiting eight years for Hillary to be elected president. Everybody has known this for eight years.
Are we watching this happen or is Hillary going to screw up?
The Republican's are hoping for the best and that is after a rogue Jr. Bush. :) for eight years.
"Hillary fought the battle of Jericho and the walls came tumbling down!" She is the great white hope you know. She represents an end to madness. At least relative to 49% of the American voters.
Dark, shaking your head may not do it :)
Nonvoter tuck (the last time I voted, I elected President Nixon :) ) You were not even born then :) Dark.

Is Obamba (or whatever his name is :) ) attempting to prove to the American voter that Hillary is Presidential? Hillary already has 49% of the American vote. We learned that in Florida with Al Gore.
No Democrat is ever going to refuse electing a woman with a black male vice president to the White House. I don't think so. If Hillary does not screw up, they can not loose.
Input?

Just one thing; Diebold.
It is not those who cast the votes that decide an election. It is those who count the votes.

My vote doesn't particularly matter unless I vote for a Democrat... blue state, ya know. So if Hilary gets the nomination my vote basically doesn't count. :(

Hi Free! And thee are so right! :)
So the question becomes my friend, "Where is Mrs. Clinton going to pick up enough votes to create a clear majority?"
And maybe this, "Do the political gods want her to win and they create cheat on her side?" :)
This is America you know :)

Me too :)
The State of Washington always votes Democrat.
The thing about our US political system is that the Democrats alway screw business and the rich. And the GOP :) always screws the poor and the middle class, basically the working folk (labor).
Inorder for US to have a two party system the two partiies have to take turns and now is the Democrats turn.
And if histroy repeats itself :) the GOP will run a whimpy candidate so that Hillary will get her majority.
Some folks think that Hillary will make a poor war time president. But at the sametime the Democrats started and maintained the Vienam war and the GOP (Nixon) got us out of it. And Hillary has professional generals to advise her to see how things should be handled, she will get good advice. And maybe the war in Iraq needs a woman's touch.
A woman that can go out there and butt heads with the guys and hold her own. What do you think Dark? You are a person of the female persuasion. And this also, war is good for labor, those military contracts bring in good wages. And if you tax business right, that brings in some good money for social stuff :)
Hillary is happening at the exact right time. So what do you think Dark? That which is happening today, is going to effect you and you children for quite some time. Hillary if elected will go down in the history books, relative to major change. There will not be a Monica in her reality, there will just be "Hello!"

Freethinker, you make an excellent point. Votes were flipped in the 2004 election and 3.5 million never even counted once. Amazingly how the exit polling and the actual voting did not match (CNN did change their exit polling in the early morning hours after the election to match the vote "count," however...)
Yep, Clinton/Obama would have my vote if it comes down to them verse Fascist Rudy. They are not my first choice (Edwards/Dodd) are tied for first... But compared to Fascist Rudy and continuing a war without end they'd have my vote.
How my vote is counted is yet another issue!

Hi Mr. Foolsworth :) !
Mr. Frogger :) Mr. Foolsworth says that I am even lower than a "Troll!" I think that that is a good way to begin a extended relationship. I do you know :) Mr. Foolsworth you are going to be fun.
Mr Foolsworth, I was actually being facetious. No bait no fishing :)
And look what we have caught, "The real Mr. Foolsworth!" The only "true" mind on All Forums.net.

dharmabum, if you and Truthout like Edwards, I may have to have a closer look at him. Yepper.
Hillary Clinton is scary. But at the same time when the Clinton's left the White House they took a bunch of stuff with them. If she was elected President, maybe they would bring some of it back? :)

Really. I am very curious to hear you explain which of her policies or stances you find "scary"...........?
But at the same time when the Clinton's left the White House they took a bunch of stuff with them.
That has already been debunked on these boards.

Free, it is actually not her stated policy. It is her as a human being. :)
She is the "Fox" in the henhouse like nobody has ever been. And what ever a politician says may or may not be real. There is way to much money and power involved and everybody wants a piece of it.
The thing about politics (and advertising and religion and Holywood) is that they are playing with the minds of other people. And this science has been studied for awhile. Some folks are really good at it.
So may I ask you this Free, "Who do you trust when it comes to politics, advertising, and religion :) ?" A fool and his money and maybe his and his loved ones lives, are soon parted." :)
And maybe about this Free, "You are a Freethinker, how is it going? And how can you help the rest of us and our loved ones that are not freethinkers, have a safe functional life?"

Mr. Foolsworth, I am not actually threatening you. You personally have dropped the gauntlet (with your above words) and I am personally accepting your "challenge". As the challenged, I choose words. On All Forums.net we choose words to duel with :)
I am not a mental giant like you are, but at the sametime, if the Holy Spirit is with me :) ,I am a bit of a David. Ok? And sometimes wisdom comes in small packages with "little" words. Sometimes maybe not.
Mr. Foolsworth, just for the record, I don't care if I win or loose. I just like playing the game. This is why I like All Forums.net :) win or loose, you still get to play the game, if Sparky says that you can.
The Game is "Afoot!" Win or loose this is going to be way too much fun :) ,I hate that part :) I just know that I do!
Mr. Frogger please forgive me, :) "I know not what I do :) !" God but I love God!

I do not actually know that much about todays politics, being an old hippy and backwoods and all :)
But I am going to hang out in this politics forum for awhile anyway. And even though I have no idea what I am talking about, and will constantly get my butt kicked :) (which is ok, I don't mind), I am going to post anyway :)
You guys know this subject and there is noway that I am not going to learn something from you :) and that is a fact. It is just that I am never going to be a messageboard "Ancient" if I don't post. So anyway guys, if anybody thinks that I am an "idiot" please don't hesitate to say so :) it is good for my character developement. Ok?
