i get them. what can i do?

Eat bananas. They contain lots of potassium which might help.

Froggers right,I used to get them when I was pregnant and the bananas helped. Also,if you have a hardwood or tile floor,stand on that,for some reason the cold from the floor eases them. At least it did for me

It's not just the temperature of the floor, Michelle. When you stand up you are straightening the long calf muscle. I tend to get leg cramp a lot and standing on my carpeted bedroom floor is usually the only way to get rid of them.

Drink plenty of fluids! Sometimes something as simple as hydrating your body can get rid of your leg cramps. Also massaging your legs can help. Stretching them and a hot bath or shower should also help. Heat helps sore muscles!! If you exercise a lot try sports drinks with electrolytes. If it really gets bad see a doctor!

both.the one i brkoe hurts more.

While I agree with drinking Gatorade (and its' clones) & eating bananas, the possiblity also exists that you are experiencing a growth spurt.
