Lock the bastard up. He has made more than 200 fake 911 calls. Every time someone makes a fake call they endanger the lives of someone making a real call by tying up the system and by sending pesonel out on fake runs. In this case the homeowned confronted the SWAT team while holding a knife and could easily have been shot.

That guy will now have to wait his turn for computer access.
