How can you tell? None of her stomach is showing. A muffin top isn't just when the skirt is a little tight around her waist, it's when the fat hangs over the waistband. Her skirt is just tight. Here's a picture for reference:

Reminds me of an incident this summer where I thought I looked pretty damn good. Was striding along to my car after work in my perfectly coordinated outfit with my perfected coordinated purse and shoes. Shoe strap broke... I walked right out of the suckers. THAT was funny.
