View Full Version : Sleepy after work out in the fitness?

Should I go to sleep for 30 min after work out in the fitness? I worked out for 1.30 h at noon. Then I go shopping then fall sleepy. I want to know my health will be if I go to take a nap. And I want to know what is the best way to remove to not cover up; dark circles under your eyes?

if your complaining about being sleepy after a workout yet having dark circles under your eyes it seems to me like you might have a medical condition in the sleep department.

I eat healthy, go to gyms 4x week, 2 of those visits are sessions with personal trainer. Saturday I went in with lite breakfast (banana & peanut butter), he guided me through weight training (moderately hard for me), and then I did 45 on treadmill. I drank plenty of water during exercise, go home had cooked veggies with shrimp, then felt to very sleep, laid down for a short power naps and sleep for 2 hours! Why the sudden sleepiness?

make sure you are getting enough iron in your diet
