LOL....I knew you would think I was a damn yankee....trust me....I'M NOT!!! Born and raised right here in Big D. As for the other items you mention......LOVE fried okra, country fried steak and biscuits and gravy.....can't stand grits or turnip greens but that's because my parents never really made me eat many veggies, so there are very few like that that I do like.
