Thank you!
The vet said that the Great Pyrenees grows into their second year and they can get up to 160lbs. I am hoping the lab in her will moderate that somewhat.

Wow, she is beautiful. How much exercise does she require per day? How much food can she scarf down?

Thank you. She gets at least a 30 minute walk every day and usually more on the weekends. She also plays with other dogs in the dog park once a week. She easily goes through about 4-5 cups of food a day.

That's like a tiny horse! They're pretty lovable dogs, though, aren't they? I don't know much about that breed.

Yes, she is very lovable and surprisingly gentle, especially with kids and other animals.

Thanks. Was curious. My neighbour just bought a Hungarian Vizsla... she is adorable. In spite of being a medium size the breeder told her she would need 3 hours of interactive play and walking per day. My neighbour is willing to commit to that. Some breeds require soooooo much exercise. She has lost 12 pounds in the first two months. She is happy with that but just wait until the snow flies and it is -12 celcius... 3 hours in cold temps is a looooong time.

Might be worth investing in a treadmill for the winter months.
