Here is another example of "best justice money can buy". This piece of shit admitted to killing this 70 year old guy. Then he admits to cutting his body into freaking pieces because he "was afraid no one would believe it was in self-defense". Yeah no one should have believed it, this fruit obviously has severe problems to do this to an old man. He must be related to Mop-boy in some way.

I was a supporter of the death penalty in this country. No more. Now i see that only the poor will ever be convicted for anything they do in this country. So I say abolish the death penalty for everyone. We have people awaiting execution who have commited less grisly crimes and this piece of shit is found not guilty of ANY crime? Where is the justice in this country now I ask? Other than if you are rich, is there any?

I agree Havok the system is at fault. I do agree with the death penalty when someone is proven quilty without a doubt, but I can't stand how long it takes us to get rid of the trash.

I was watching a show about Bobby Joe Long(think that is the right name) last night. This sicko raped, totured, and killed 10 girls. This happened in 84 he has just had his third trial which again gave him his third death sentence. He admits what he has done and the evidence proves he is quilty. Why do all these bleeding hearts feel for trash like this. This buttlick should have been killed no later then 85

Well, it's not like you can tell whether the guy was actually acting in self-defense or not from reading that article. Granted his subesequent actions are, at the very least, suspicious, but our justice system offers a strong presumption in favor of the accused, and that's a good thing IMO. Hopefully, he'll be nailed on the bail-jumping charge.

Our system is screwed nothing more nothing less. too many loop holes too many sh** heads getting off on technicalities. Then lets not even mention of who someone is or how rich they are.........

What "loop holes" are you referring to? I sincerely hope you're not calling self-defense a "loop hole."

I just saw the story the other night and it made me wish I was a millionaire so I could do what ever I wanted to do. If everyone had the money to spend that that guy does the prisons would be empty.

I still think that the death penalty is good for certain cases ( cop killers) because of the amount of appeals that the case has to go through before the sentence is carried out.
