An attempt was made by Nazi Party members to burn the bodies. How much was left, and what happened to the remains, you would have to ask the Russians. I doubt if anyone, living, really knows.

This is from Wikipedia's article on the death of Hitler...
Several witnesses stated the two bodies were carried up to ground level and through the bunker's emergency exit to a small, bombed-out garden behind the Chancellery where they were doused with petrol and set alight by Linge and members of Hitler's personal SS bodyguard. The SS guards and Linge later noted the fire did not completely destroy the corpses, but Soviet shelling of the bunker compound made further cremation attempts impossible and the remains were later covered up in a shallow bomb crater after 18:00.

I remember reading somewhere once, that his body was in a vacuum sealed glass casket on display Moscow somewhere. I can't remember where I heard this from, and so far I havent found anything that confirms this either, but curiosity seems to really have me on the edge of my chair right now.
I'm sure someone knows where he is.

I'm sure someone knows where he is.Nonsense.
Here's what happened:
When Russian forces reached the Chancellory, they found his body and an autopsy was performed using dental records to confirm the identification. The remains of Hitler and Braun were secretly buried by SMERSH at their headquarters in Magdeburg. In 1970, when the facility was about to be turned over to the East German government, the remains were reportedly exhumed and thoroughly cremated.

The badly charred corpse of Hitler was found in a bomb crater in the Imperial Chancellorys garden. His remains were reburied 8 times and eventually destroyed by fire.
The first burial took place on 30th April 1945. Hitler, his wife Eva Braun and his 2 dogs were buried in the garden.
A Russian soldier,Ivan Churakov, found 2 unidentified corpses on 4 May. The Russians removed the remains but reburied them the same day because Hitlers body was thought to have been found elsewhere.
On 5 May the remains were dug up and moved to a clinic in the town of Buch. The medical examination took place on 8 May. The remains were reburied in the town of Finov,to which the department of SMERSH, a counter-intelligence branch of the Soviet 3rd Army was deployed.
The remains were exhumed for the 5th time on 17 May and re-examined under the control of General Meshik, who had been sent from Moscow. The final report and jaw bones believed to belong to Hitler and Braun, were brought by the General back to Moscow.
In Moscow, the remains were re-buried twice more,as the Army Headquarters were relocated.
Finally the remains were laid in a grave in Magdeburg. The grave was near #36 Westendstrasse. Then on 5 April 1970, were exhumed again, destroyed by fire, crushed and mixed with charcoal and finally dumped in the Bideritz river.
