Looking for easy reading. And something that'll keep my interest and make me laugh. Janet Evanovich's series do that for me. I'm tring to find an author who has a similiar style in writing. Any suggestions??

If you find somebody, post it, okay? I love Janet Evanovich's Stephanie Plum series! I just finished the latest one, number 13. Very entertaining, indeed!

Me too. Very good reading for a lift. I'm also a big fan of Jill Connor Browne and her "Sweet Potato Queens". They are a real group of women in Jackson, MS, and their stories are a hoot, besides having some real good advice and some great recipes. If you've never heard of them, you can check them out at sweetpotatoqueens.com

Well their website was entertaining. Their 'web store' was unavailable, but I'll look into it a bit further later. Thanks!

LOL - yes, they're nothing if they're not entertaining. Like I said, besides the fun they have, her books have some good messages, especially for women, but also for mature, open-minded men.
