What are you looking forward to? I am looking forward to Grey's and D.H. to get going again. But there are also a bunch of sitcoms I'm looking forward to as well. Mainly Monday night on CBS. Surprisingly!

For me - it's all about House, MD. (which by the way, is a millionbilliontrillionzillion times better Greys:D) I am also looking forward to the return of Til Death, which was a really funny show. I am currently on season 2 of my netflixed The Office sets, so I hope to be up to speed to regularly watch that show with the rest of my friends who have made me feel severely out of the loop for 3 years when they discuss its hilarity.

As for some of the new shows: I am most interested in "Cavemen" on ABC, solely because I cant wait to see how they can transform that commerical into a television show. I also want to see Chuck and Journeyman to see if it lives up to hype.

Did they renew The War at Home? I liked it but I read it was on the chopping block. I absolutely hate Ugly Betty. I find nothing about it the least bit amusing, lol, but aside from it - the other shows are all hilarious!

I do hope they renewed it... I like Ugly Betty. It's a girl show though.

Survivor and Amazing Race -

I'm still a Survivor fan too! There were a couple seasons that it did suck. But we still kinda watched it. That show is one that the 3 of us usually watch and comment on what we would and wouldn't do. And who we think should be voted out next.

Survivor and Amazing Race -
I actually agree with you here. Theres a WWE diva on Survivor this year! And Amazing Race is always great.

I do hope they renewed it...

I am sad to quote this from wikipedia....

"The War at Home was a sitcom that premiered on September 11, 2005 on Fox. It has similarities to another Fox dysfunctional family sitcom, Married... with Children,[1] but unlike the older show, The War at Home discussed controversial issues such as sex, drugs, racism and homosexuality. The show finished its 2nd season on April 22, 2007, and was cancelled after 44 episodes. "

Hey everyone,

I'm actually really looking forward to the new season of It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia. Just 2 more days!

I was wondering what happened to the show The War at Home. I actually thought it was a pretty good show. I mean look at the other "controversial" shows out there that are in animated form. Such as American Dad and Family Guy. Those are still around and are pretty racy as well.

As for the Cavemen series that's about to come up, I am a bit curious to see it. I have to at least watch it a few times before I decide it's total crap and not worth it. But I am certainly going to give it a shot.

I'm also looking forward to the new show Kid Nation. It looks SO interesting!

Absolutely. It is written by the same guy that writes all those Gieco commericals so on paper it should be pretty funny. How long can a buddy comedy about cavemen last though? Idk. It will be interesting to see.

Welcome to AFN by the way, Blackie. (I believe that is definately the first time I have ever called someone "blackie")

I was hoping they would put it on during the summer - but they didn't - they have before - -

Definitely Back To You (http://backtoyouanchorizer.com). With Kelsey Grammer and Patricia Heaton - two hardcore, sitcom veterans - I'm sure this one is going to kill. Anyone "anchorize" their boring boss, yet? :)

Heroes although it may suck. The first season was excellent... likely down hill from here.

Don't like any other regularly scheduled program other than Survivor and Amazing Race. Other than that, anything of HBO such as Rome etc.

I watched Gossip Girl last night and OMG I loved it!! I hated the O.C., but this is so much better. Probably because it takes place on the East coast...

I'm looking forward to Prison Break, House MD, and eventually 24 sometime in 2008. Oh yea, and Family Guy, it's amazing. Just saw the Star Wars episode, and I couldn't stop laughing. : )

I do hope they renewed it... I like Ugly Betty. It's a girl show though. Your right, I like all the shows you mentioned but don't care for Ugly Betty but my girlfriend loves it! It's to bad The War at Home got cancelled. I don't know of any new program that I'm excited about. I will probably give the new sitcoms a chance.I dislike reality shows(yeh right) like Survivor. In fact I don't care for most reality programs unless there is a celebrity involved. I also don't care for House or Gray's Anatomy. I'm looking forward to the new season of Southpark though!

I actually liked Kid Nation. Then again I've always been very intrigued by the Lord of the Flies type situation so maybe other people didn't enjoy it as much.

So now that all the new shows have premiered, which of the new ones does everyone like? which ones suck? Personally, I found Carpoolers to be pretty damn funny. Caveman.....well there's just something missing from it, but I don't know what.

jerejerebinks

Cavemen was a bust. I thought it was terrible.

Journeyman is the show that I have became most addicted to, followed by The Big Bang Theory. TBBT is how I imagine it would be if Borg, a young Vile, and two of their buddies lived together across the hall from a hot chick (and her boyfriend for Vile that is)

Now if older sitcoms/series came back from the 80s i would be glued to the tv!

I enjoy House, Cold Case, Without A Trace, The Women's Murder Club, CSI New York and CSI. In fact, I like CSI so much I tape all of them as they show on t.v. including the old ones on Spike T.V. I have a backlog of over sixty CSI shows that I watch late at night. I also like Meerkat Manor and Survivorman. (My wife really hates those two shows but watches them because I sit through Desperate Housewives and Gray's Anatomy, two of her favorites.

Well I have watched House this season and have to say it isn't half bad. They have freshened it up with all the new interns which is likely what kept it from death. The acting is excellent and this season although he is still a drug addict that is not the focus. That got tiring and the reason I didn't often watch it.

I watch Scrubs, faithfully. Since Aj don't care about closed caption, I'm watching more tv lately.
I like House, Law and Order and CSI. Prison Break is good too.

Californication just started over here, I kinda like it, specially since it's a bit controversial.

Generally I just watch TV whenever, have one show I download as it doesn't air here tho. Stargate Atlantis. I'm a bit of a scifi fan :)

Im looking forward to Desperate Housewives, and also Raising Daisies.

Did you mean "Pushing Daisies?" I like that show too. Where he can bring people back to life by touching them, but if he ever touches them again they drop dead.

I also like Journeyman, where he unpredictably travels back in time, then changes the future.
