OK this is both world news and science.
To me this is a very close to me topic and means a great deal.
I am glad some countries can see the good and have stepped up and made it happen.

Some people just want a chance to live a normal, happy life... and this could be the way. The research is in it's infancy but huge break-throughs happen all the time.
