I was wondering...
Have the rocket Scientists that run this roadhouse ever considered a "reverse ignore" function? Whereas a user can put someone on ignore so they wont see the ignored users posts, and act in reverse, so the ignored user cant see the other users posts?
Kinda like being able to send a "public" private message in response to a post that everyone can read when you're talking trash about someone else, except for the person youre trashing.
First off, is this possible, and second, would anyone use it?

While we're requesting new features, I'd like one where a poster can actually reach thru their monitor and slap someone.

It would be trivially easy to get around, by anyone who cared enough to log out, or if unregistered users couldn't see it, someone could just register another account to read it. Also, any replies to the reverse ignored post would be fully visible to the target, just like it is with regular old ignore.

It could also change the spirit of the boards, say, a whole group of posters would put one poster or more posters on reverse ignore for all their posts, inviting cliquish activity and other shenanigans.

It might be nice to know if you're being ignored by a certain poster if in fact that individual continues to read your posts.
