This site just wasn't for me...I thought it was a sit for disabled people who could openly discuss their issues and cry on a shoulder on a day when they wanted to blow their f...ing brains out but I would be afraid of admitting such weakness hear since we have some pretty mean member, I think I've watched "You've Got Mail" too many times and was hoping to hook up with one or two people to chat on a regular basis and this forum is certainly not that! So I say Goodbye, Farewell, and Amen.

You should pick up AIM and chat with some of the members you see that you're interested in. The forums aren't a chat room, is true, except for SMWs thread, that is, but I chat with a few of the members here quite regularly. Then again, some of the members you're interested in probably won't have AIM, but still, you could always exchange emails.

I agree with you, this forum is big and busy and it is hard to keep up, I'm having the same problem. It is a world of difference coming from a forum with hardly any responses to one like this. I'm going to try to stay here, but please, keep in touch and let me know where you end up at and send me a link.

I'm not sure what happened and who was being mean to you, but there is an "ignore" feature you can use and not have to read the members posts anymore.
I have enjoyed reading your posts and getting to know you, and who knows, maybe you'll see me on a billboard one day. :D :thumbs:

I'm sorry you're feeling this way Gimp. You seem like such a nice, pleasant person, we're going to miss you being around. I think we all get like that every now and then....at least I know I do. Sometimes I feel like just giving up but then I think of the people that would affect....can't do that to them.

You have made some friends here and we will miss you. I'm on yahoo messenger as well as MSN, if you feel like chatting sometimes, PM me and I'll give you the info to add me.

I know they wouldn't. I've posted some personal weaknesses and issues I've faced here, and not one person was mean. Matter o fact, they were supportive and helped see me thru the tough times.

You have to understand that you're dealing with a variety of dispositions around these parts. People are going to have their own opinions on such matters and voice what they think should be done about it. Some people are willing to help and others are not. If you can't handle people's opinions in here, I would love to know how you would be able to do it with in person.
