before recapping week 9, I'd like to thank Borg for covering week 8 for me.....I guess he just felt like it, but he gets credit. Anyway, week 9 has come and gone, so lets see what the scores bring us.

Ok, so my Vikings lost their second straight game last night to the....(sigh).....packers 30-27. What is wrong here?!?! and no, its not history....they can pull themselves out of this hole...but if they lose next week to the chargers....well.....all is lost for the vikes this year.

Avrak's Browns had their bye week this week...I wish I could wish the browns luck next week against the chiefs...but I can't (sorry, chiefs are the local team for me...not to mention undefeated) But maybe something will happen...who knows

Borg's Bucs lost to the Saints 17-14, taking them to 4-4 on the year....at least the vikes haven't lost 4 games on the year WHILE DEFENDING A SUPER BOWL TITLE (even if the vikes haven't won a super bowl yet...this is just backlash to his "talentlessness" remark to my vikes last week.....but hey, its all in good fun).

es347's Bills also had a bye this week...good luck to them next week vs. the Cowboys.

HaVoK's Redskins lost to the cowboys this weekend 21-14....almost looks like the Skins season is done...but who knows?

THE REF's Dolphins lost yet another home game this weekend to the 7-1 Colts 23-17....its not too late, they can still come back too......

It now looks as though my beloved Redskins have the worst owner/coach combo in the NFL. I wish there were some way to fire the coach and expunge current ownership. :(

I have never watched a more boring NFL game than the one between the 'Skins and 'Boys this past Sunday. And it is sad that this once proud rivalry has been reduced to this garbage that is being marketed as pro football in D.C./Maryland. My only consolation is that as horrible a football team as the 'Skins are, the 'Boys were almost equally as bad.
