It's in reference to a thread posted in another section. The title contained (as foolie) said the big "F" word. It has been decided that although we may use the word within a post, the thread title should not contain such words. Thus the thread title had to be altered.

I don't believe i've ever reported a poster yet.
However, have had a fair share of problems with Mods or
Administrators over the years.
It's ALWAYS those characters who git me dander {gander} up.
