like...Hurry,an all.I mean,i'm still learnin how not to
hurry so mush when Postin.
Butt,if'n I got ants in me pants, and I just gotta write down
real quick like,In a hurry, then is that a good or bad thingy.
Same way with a Hurricane,I figger.
A really quickie,Wham Bam Thank You Ma'am Force
3 mite be as unravelling as a slow as Mollases,Jimmy Crack Korn
and I don't Care force 2.
But,like what happens when a really bug-eyed,never give
an inch,Force 1,like sums Dem round hears { Freetinker,DharmaBum}
git ta overstayin their welcome.Like even when they rtain on
udders Parade, and spoil State Fairs with cruddy weather and
even cruddier political forecasts of an America doomed by
Global Republican warming of the cooked books and stuff
Bush hand-picked to make himelf and Cheney Rich and like
Kings, while we all just meander in the muggy fog of
beating rains and torrential wind farts.
Yeah...I Tink it best if a Hurricane don't Hurry Too mush.
Good ting wars don't either.
A Quickie War,mite not be all it's cracked up.
Maybe some utter day we can have Us a microwave War.
And Hurricane.
I Digress !

Hmmmm. I'm not sure how your OP relates to World News.

Are you saying that global weather forecasting has something to do with a female cow's anatomy?

Or were you trying to reference Hurricane Dean? If so, a Force 1 on the Beaufort Scale equates to wind moving at 1-3 knots (a nothing, in other words); a hurricane is a Force 12 on the scale with winds moving from 73 to 136 knots. In any case, a measurement on the scale has nothing to do with how long a hurricane takes to pass over any given location.

Oh wait a second! This is the Fool's nonsense!

Never mind.

Maybe If Hurricanes had Mother-in-laws they'd know
what a real ruckus was all about.
