After repeated protests the Manager has written me:

Dear Giuseppe,
I would like to appologise for the late reply to your previous correspondence, but I have been away recently and last week I was at CEBIT. I have just returned and I am sorry to hear about the mis-comprehensions with Gianni Tala` and the bad feeling created by this whole situation. I am in the proccess of looking into the matter and assure you that we will take the neccessary action to avoid this kind of mis-understanding happening again in the future.
I was looking for the attachments you said you have sent but they dont seem to have arrived.
I hope to resolve this matter quickly and efficiently.
Regards
Mike Mignogna - Italy Country Manager

But I answered :

It’s strange that only now you have known about these " incomprehensions", because I had sent you a lot of mails of complaint with various enclosures to testify what was happened. Do you perhaps think that I am so candid ? 2 mails on 10 March, 1 mails on 12 March with attachment, 2 mails on 13 March, 2 mails on 14 March, 1 mail on 15 March with attachment. You had also been informed from the technical support in China on 7 March.

It would be a pleasure for me some comment around this behavior.

Initially it dealt with a request of technical support on a motherboard. It also established a relation of friendship with the Italian technician, but that he turned into a continuous quarrel because of her unstable character. He arrived to send me a complimentary motherboard to apologize himself of his behavior. Subsequently I realized me that he had spread my address of e-mail, infact I suffered some registrations in mailing list of doubtful origin. And so he reached the wickedness that I have brought above. I protested very violently with his superior, which induced him to reason and to ask me as to mend this ugly situation, and I asked a SDRAM DDR card. He however is crossing a very dangerous and ambiguous road with an Italian supplier.
